With over three decades of experience, Nancy has partnered with industry leading organizations as a trusted advisor to embed technology platforms across the human capital management spectrum that drive strategic business outcomes.
In her current role with Trusaic, Nancy engages with and influences executive level decision makers at top tier brands to support them in building strategic pay transparency, pay equity, and pay data reporting strategies enabled by world-class solutions. She is passionate about Trusaic’s mission to create fair work environments for everyone through data, expertise, and analytics.
